The vast majority have never had coaching, mentoring, or even a leadership class. They will spend $1,200 on an iPhone, but have never invested in their own leadership skills.
If this sounds like you, I get it. I started the same way.
I was purely technical, and I loved it. For 15 years, I focused on being the best software engineer I could be. Then I realized I had skills to communicate with business as well as technology. I started to get into more architecture-oriented roles, then I became a people manager.
I wasn't prepared at all.

At the height of it, I oversaw a software organization of 130 highly technical engineers and developers at a Fortune-50 company.
Eventually, I built my own system of effective technology leadership, based on everything I learned through trial and error, or learned from others.
That is what you get with my coaching time. 30 plus years of technical and leadership skill at your fingertips.
These are real-world, tried and used, battle-tested techniques that work.
